As a Coach and wellness practitioner, I treat each of my clients with high level of professionalism and care. Please take a moment to read my terms and conditions and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
 
Terms & Conditions
 
  • Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
  • All sessions of Coaching and Wellness are confidential unless I believe there is a risk you might harm yourself or others.
  • All clients, regardless of race, ethnicity, cultural or religious background, disability, gender, sexual orientation, political beliefs or age are treated with the greatest respect.
  • Wellness sessions can be done online or in my space in London.
  • Coaching sessions will be mostly done online.
  • Any requests of a sexual nature will cause the session to be immediately terminated and payment for the session will not be refunded.
  • Any information, communication and/or consultations with me are for educational, spiritual and wellbeing purposes only
  • None of my sessions are intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological
  • As a matter of policy, I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
Disclaimer
 
  • The wellness (energy healing) is a complementary therapy session, therefore, it complements traditional medicine. Clients should seek qualified medical advice if they have any health concerns.
  • Clients shouldn’t stop or alter the dose of any medication or any prescribed treatment without consulting the relevant medical practitioner, even if they feel better after receiving healing
  • I am not qualified to diagnose, recommend treatment or surgery, offer prescriptions or comment on advice received from a registered medical practitioner
  • For any ongoing health concern, clients must consult the relevant medical practitioner
Payments
 
For payments are made by direct bank transfer.
 
For packages and new clients, an invoice will be sent to you prior to the start of our sessions and full payment of the invoice will be required before the sessions.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
I take every appointment seriously, and while I do appreciate that circumstances can change. I’m happy to move a session free of charge providing I’m given 24 hours’ notice. However, cancellations and no-shows in less than 24 hours will be charged.
 
Cancellations in less than 24 hours for urgent reasons beyond your control can be rearranged on a discretionary basis, please contact me to discuss your circumstances in person.
 
Refunds
 
In the rare circumstances that you should change your mind about your appointment with me, you have the right to cancel and receive a refund. Please contact me directly to discuss this.
 
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or no shows.
 
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a session and it is not possible to rearrange a date all fees will be refunded in full.
 
Accessibility and Facilities
 
For in-person treatments there is unfortunately no wheelchair access on-site.
 
Privacy & Confidentiality
 
Prior to our session, I may send out some forms with background, values, and a few links to be completed.
 
Any personal information and details shared during our sessions will of course, be kept private and confidential and in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2018).
