Magui Castro, Executive Career Coach
My background in the corporate world began as a Marketing Executive at multi-national companies such as Ab-Inbev, P&G, and Coca-Cola. I served as President of Kodak for a cluster of Latin American countries, based in Chile, where I developed my corporate acumen and built significant businesses. As a female executive in Latin America, I honed my ability to navigate corporate hierarchies, advocating for Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion.
After 17 years as a Senior Executive, I founded an Executive Search firm in Brazil, focusing on C-Level hires. In 2018, I moved to London and in 2020, I joined Korn Ferry Executive Search in London as a Senior Client Partner. By 2022, I transitioned fully into career coaching, after having informally coached C-Level executives for years. I completed the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme, becoming a qualified Executive Coach.
Currently, I leverage my extensive experience to help Senior Executives advance within their companies and prepare for new opportunities. I hold postgraduate degrees in Marketing and Finance, a Bachelor’s in Literature, and an Executive MBA from Smith College (USA). Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I am a passionate Coach, Leader, and Entrepreneur, committed to coaching with heart, trust, and positive energy. I am also an Associate of the EMCC – European Mentoring and Coaching Council Global and a Director of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain.
I am also an Internationally Accredited Healer by The British Alliance of Healing Associations (BAHA) and Reiki 1 and Reiki II Practitioner.
