Magui Castro – New Senior Partner at Kingsley Gate

Magui Castro , from Rio de Janeiro , who has been living in London since the beginning of the year, has joined the team of partners at Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm. The headhunter has been in the segment since 2006, when she started working at Southmark Chile. In Brazil, she worked at CTPartners and Caldwell Partners, where she was a partner for Latin America and Europe. Previously, she had an executive career at companies such as Coca-Cola, Gillette, Fleischmann and Royal, Brahma and Kodak, where she held the position of general manager for Chile. She was also in charge of Estampa Winery, from where she moved on to work in the executive search market.
